I support NIAID research projects by performing computer modeling of protein structures. My main areas of expertise include drug discovery applications such as ligand-protein docking and QSAR, structural modeling including molecular dynamics simulations, and advanced visualization techniques such as Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality.
